Happy New Year Yogis 💞 let's start strong tomorrow! Instead of our usual Wednesday Warrior flow, we're going to do 15 minutes of flow, 15 minutes with weights and 15 minutes of relaxing (all three of our usual classes combined into one!). Can't wait to see you on your mat tomorrow 🥰
