About the event
What will we be doing?
The class will start with a little introduction to how the brain works and how we can use this to our advantage with movement and our daily lives (goodbye stress).
To begin our yoga practice, we will connect with our breath and warm the body with yoga movements. Here, you can expect to try some brain drills and learn how to make them unique to your body.Â
As the yoga flow slows, we will move into a relaxing neuro-meditation and finish with the sound of singing bowls and, of course, (the best part) the sweetest savasana.
What do you need to bring?
Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a cushion or two (bolster if you have one), perhaps an eye pillow, and if you have blocks, you're welcome to bring them too.
Side notes:
I will be taking some photos for social media, and you can enjoy an optional hands-on assist in savasana, sometimes I use essential oils, so please get in touch if you have any questions or requests about these.
