Expect to feel like you’ve had the best nap of your life.
Feeling that Monday stress? Spent the day hunched over your desk? We won’t even mention your inbox… Take a deep breath and relax with Move & Meditate.
Each yoga class will include breath work, gentle movement and meditation. Once a fortnight, we will swap the meditation for some face yoga massage - no gua sha required.
On the last Monday of each month, enjoy a Yoga Nidra practice - a guided meditation used by world-renowned neuroscientist Dr Andrew Huberman to improve the quality of sleep, fall asleep faster and experience a deep state of relaxation.
Dim the lights, light a candle and grab all things cosy.

Wednesday Warrior
Shake off your mid-week energy slump and revitalise with a mid-week yoga class.
With an overall focus on mindfulness, this class uses yoga and neuroscience, so you can feel your best inside and out.
You can expect this yoga class to leave you feeling rosy-cheeked, decompressed and chilled out.

The perfect combination of brain drills, yoga-inspired movements and weights, you can expect to feel invigorated, motivated and ready to rule the world, all from the comfort of your home.
