Feeling that Monday stress? Spent the day hunched over your desk? We won’t even mention your inbox… Take a deep breath and relax with Move & Meditate. Each yoga class will include breath work, gentle movement and meditation. Once a fortnight, we will swap the meditation for some face yoga massage - no gua sha required. On the last Monday of each month, enjoy a Yoga Nidra practice (also known as Yogic Sleep). This guided meditation is used by world-renowned neuroscientist Dr Andrew Huberman to improve the quality of sleep, fall asleep faster and experience a deep state of relaxation. So what are you waiting for? Dim the lights, light a candle and grab all things cosy. What do you need? - Two to four cushions - Blanket (or two) - Face oil - Eye pillow - recommended but not necessary
