The perfect combination of brain drills, yoga-inspired movements and weights, you can expect to feel invigorated, motivated and ready to rule the world, all from the comfort of your home. What do you need? - Two yoga blocks - Two dumbells (could be tin cans) - options for light and/or medium weights
