As a yoga teacher, you may consider my opinion biased.
You would be correct.
But from a factual standpoint. I would also be correct.

What Is Desk Yoga?
First of all, let's start with yoga, it’s an all-encompassing practice. Unlike other forms of fitness or movement, yoga connects breath work, mind and body as one. When you do yoga, you don’t just stretch, you learn about yourself, philosophy and how you react to the world around you, both on and off the mat.
So how does this relate to your desk? Well, yoga can be done anywhere, and there’s no better place to weave it in than at your desk.
You can do movement, meditations, breath work and brain drills all from your desk.
Why Should You Try Desk Yoga?
If you’re reading this, I am guessing you work (at minimum) 9 til 5 sat at your desk. Maybe you’re even sat on the sofa hunched over your laptop right now. Wherever you are, we all know we haven’t evolved to sit for so long in one position. And I’m not even bringing up the dreaded topic of ‘posture’…

Aches, pains, stiffness.

Stressed and exhausted doesn’t even cut it.
